Generally, each division in PPTIK has a duty on arranging the RKAT, holding and making the report on the implementation of the sector’s activities, and other duties that have given from the head.
The Computer Network Division
1. Maintaining hardware, software, and computer operation system;
2. Cabling and switching;
3. Routing, Bandwidth management, and firewall;
4. Network planning/ mapping (topology);
5. Holding the Network Operation Training around Universitas Gadjah Mada.
The Communication Technology Service
1. Active directory (campus information and communication technology phone book);
2. Conventional Phone System;
3. Audio/ Video Teleconferencing;
4. VOIP;
5. Instant messaging.
The Information Technology Service
1. E-mail and Web Server Hosting Service;
2. Hosting service on information technology application;
3. Technical assistance on information management operational system;
4. Data backup system;
5. Software installation service;
6. Developing information technology software;
7. Holding the information software management operation training around Universitas Gadjah Mada.
